现代环保设备制造基地厂址位于浏阳工业园，东距浏阳市32公里，西距长沙市34公里，距长沙黄花国际机场22公里。319国道直通园区，将厂区、浏阳、黄花国际机场及长沙市连接在一起。
    制造基地于2005年3月动工兴建，占地面积328亩，主要生产GGH、真空皮带机、档板门、脱硫塔、钢结构非标设备等火电厂烟气脱硫设备及除尘设备、污水处理成套设备，是国内第一家专业生产火电厂烟气脱硫成套设备及污水处理成套设备的企业。
　　 生产车间拥有大型机加工设备、数控等离子切割机、数控折弯机、整体喷漆室、整体喷丸室等一流的生产加工装备，共计55台套，已形成下料、冷作成型、焊接、表面处理、机加工和总装调试能力。

The Modern Environmental Protection Equipment production base is located in Liuyang Industrial Park, 32 kilometers east to Liuyuang city, 34 kilometers west to downtown of Changsha, 22 kilometers to Changsha Huanghua International Airport. National Highway 319 is thrill through the Park, putting the park, Liuyang city, Huanghua International Airport and Changsha city together.
The production base, with area of 328 mu(22 ha. ), started constructing in March, 2005. The base mainly manufactures GGH, vacuum belt filter, damper, absorber, steel structure non-standard equipment for Flue Gas Desulfuriztion of power station, sets of equipments of dedusting and sewage treatment. It is the first enterprise that professionally manufactures sets of FGD equipments and sewage treatment equipments in China.
The workshop is equipped with first-class equipments such as large-sized machining device, NC plasma cutter, numerical control bender, overall painting-spray chamber and overall shot-blast chamber etc. in total number of 55 sets.
