    公司的最大股东湖南永清环保技术有限公司在承建环保工程领域方面具有丰富的从业经验。湖南永清环保技术有限公司创建于1998年，已经完成八十多项大中小型环保工程的设计和建设，国家重点环保示范工程项目，其中承建的湖南广播电视中心污水处理工程获得湖南省环保科学学会优秀环保工程奖。公司其他三个股东在火电行业从业多年，都具有30万KW几以上大型机组的火电工程，这些丰富从业经验是永清脱硫公司参与市场竞争的坚实基础。

Management advantage 
The top management of group is composed by those with rich experience in management and operation and comes from large electric power enterprise and environmental protection engineering corporation. Worth mentioning is that Mr.Liuzhengjun, the general manager of group, had been working in the field of environmental protection for more than10 years. He is known for his rich working experience and advanced management concept. He is acting as the vice president of Hunan environmental protection Association and the deputy to the 10th People’s Congress of Hunan province. And he was crowned with National Excellent Environmental Science and Technology Industrialist.
Technology advantage
We have been authorized the ISO9001/ISO14001 Quality Environment Management Certificate and the qualification of flue gas desulphurization and Municipal Design Certificate (Class B) issued by National Construction Ministry. The group is sharing the limestone/gypsum wet FGD process with ITT industries Co.,Ltd. and Marsulex Environmental Technologies, two of TOP 100 US companies. It is planning to cooperate with the mentioned companies to build up an environmental protection equipment manufacturing base in Liuyang Industrial Park with construction area of 400MU(27 ha.),annual output of RMB993.6 millions(USD142millions) and the prospected profit rate of 23.63%.  
Experience advntage
Hunan Yonker Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd, the biggest stockholder of the group has rich experience in undertaking environmental protection projects. Since its establishment in 1998, the company had designed and constructed more than 80 small to large sized environmental protection projects. Among them, the waste water treatment project of Hunan Broadcasting center was awarded the Excellent Environmental Protection Project by Hunan Environmental Protection Science Association.  The other three shareholders all have sufficient knowledge on handling thermal power projects with more than 30MW units. We boast that those valuable experiences will lay solid foundation for market competition.
